Community Service Projects
Keeping an active hand in community service is one of the most impactful parts of being a member of our Club. Rotary Club of Tampa members are busy with monthly one day and ongoing service projects that keep us connected to the many great causes in our community. These events run the gamut and allow us to share our talents and experience with others, enjoy fellowship for a cause with fellow members, and learn more about the efforts of other local non-profit organizations.
Recent events have included a 75,000 meal packing event for Feeding Tampa Bay, a Hillsborough River cleanup for World Oceans Day, serving meals at Trinity Cafe, resume writing and job counseling at Metropolitan Ministries, reading and sharing books with preschoolers with BookWorks, bell ringing for the Salvation Army, and healthy eating and cooking with Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay.
